Job Title: Senior/Lead QA Analyst
CTG is seeking a Senior/Lead QA Analyst with strong ETL testing experience. Qualified candidates should have 5 years’ experience performing data analysis and conducting testing for complex ETL processes
Prior experience working with health plan data and Informatica ETL is highly preferred.
Responsibilities will include designing test plans, test cases based on requirements documents and mapping documents, executing test cases, and managing any defect remediation and retesting activities.
§ 5 years of QA experience required with a focus on ETL/Data analysis preferred
§ Experience in a lead role including familiarity with QA & Testing tools and techniques, test design and execution and experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues preferred
§ Previous experience developing Test plans, cases & scenarios for software development required
§ Experience in data analysis required; experience with analyzing large data sets preferred
§ Experience with information management technology and software applications, especially relational databases, ETL, business intelligence, OLAP, SQL, and analytical tools required
§ Experience with project delivery
§ Knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle (waterfall and agile) is required
§ Strong analytical and diagnostic/problem solving skills required
§ Advanced user level in MS Office products including Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Visio preferred
§ Knowledge of managed health care desirable
§ Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management skills to manage competing priorities
§ Ability to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person
§ Well developed and demonstrated relationship management and collaboration skills
§ Ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
§ Ability and desire to develop relationship management & collaboration skills and work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
