CTG Project Manager Healthcare - Buffalo, NY Based in Buffalo, New York
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager Healthcare opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Lead project management activities from end-to-end.
Evaluate the scope of a project and identify critical factors to ensure successful completion.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines with clear milestones, and workflows to support project implementation.
Identify key project resources and ensure their adherence to the project plan.
Facilitate program implementation.
Define and report on key measures of success.
Monitor performance and track progress against targets and identified goals.
Communicate with clients (both internal and external) on a wide range of digital healthcare topics.
Design and manage databases and document repositories as required.
Document activities and develop feedback reports to communicate project findings and activities to collaborators (e.g., workflows, processes).
Define, deploy, and utilize a clear escalation plan/path as required by the project(s).
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Skills:
Expertise in project management tools and techniques.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration.
Experience in digital healthcare, with knowledge of healthcare IT systems such as Epic, Cerner, or other EMRs.
Proficient in creating high-quality work products (e.g., reports, presentations, and spreadsheets).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with specific experience related to healthcare in a clinical setting.
Experience managing healthcare IT systems or projects.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
PMP certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
