CTG is hiring an On-Boarding Specialist to work internally at our corporate office in Buffalo, NY.   • Coordinate of the onboarding process for non-billable and client specified billable new hires

  • Ensure new hire orientation, onboarding and employee separation procedures are followed and all applicable paperwork is completed for specified teams

  • Create and update Onboarding procedures specific to each client/site team

  • Ensure equipment and employee time entry access is ordered / received in a timely, accurate manner

  • Ensure background checks and drug tests are completed for new hires in accordance with contract requirements

  • Conduct CTG specific orientation calls with new hires

  • Collaborate with recruiting and site teams to ensure a seamless, positive onboarding experience for new hires

  • Verify I-9 forms and E-Verify for new hires and rehires

  • Identify areas of opportunity for process efficiency and escalate to appropriate department manager

  • Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill requirements


  • Competent PC skills (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet Explorer)

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Adept at interacting with all levels of the organization
