CTG is seeking healthcare Data Analysts for our clients in the Buffalo, NY area. The ideal candidates will have strong experience merging patient data between multiple systems.

  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office products, email, excel and word

  • Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and clearly communicate

  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, able to juggle multiple priorities

  • Able to work independently

  • Quick learner

  • Highly collaborative with team members

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Prior experience working with healthcare patient data (such as Soarian financials) is required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task and separate complex issues.

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Soarian financials experience is preferred.

Other Comments:

Analysts will be working with Soarian Financials and the following list of downstream systems. For this sub project, we would like to engage resources that are experienced in one or ideally more than one of these systems in the area of merging patient records.
