CTG is currently assisting one of its premiere clients in staffing a Scanning/Print Associate in Brooklyn, NY.
Position: Print Production Associate
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: ongoing contract
Compensation: $14.13/hourly (Sorry, no paid time off.)
Essential Job Functions:
Possesses skills and competencies to deliver minimum /basic contracted customer requirements (Scanning responsibilities)
Tasks and activities are defined and routine
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs
Operate standard scanning equipment
Operate basic office equipment (printer, copier, fax)
Clean and maintain scanning equipment when necessary
Process and distribute logs for billing purposes (If applicable)
Log incoming scanning requests
Process basic forms and update information using a PC
Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
Collect and submit meter reads
Problem solve basic issues to complete scanning, delivery, and output requirements
Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each scanning run & ensure compliance with naming convention requirements
Sort and scan hardcopy materials or other mediums for use in digital format; specific application training may be required and provided
Collect data and respond to scanning equipment issues by contacting service personnel using specific PC applications
Operate low to mid-speed printers, scanners and copiers
Estimate, schedule and track incoming scanning jobs
File/document conversion (utilizing standard software)
Perform operator maintenance on equipment
Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year)
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent (GED / HSED)
Able to demonstrate basic computer skills, including MS Office and internet.
