Title: TURNAROUND SCHEDULER

Currently, our valued client in Baytown, TX has an opening for a Turnaround Scheduler. This position is a 9-month contract, with the potential for continuation after the initial contract.

Pay rate $55-$60 per hour on a W-2 basis, NO C2C or 1099's. Pay rate is based on experience and ability.

  • Responsible for developing the detailed project execution schedule.

  • Accountable for entering project scope, scope estimates, detail work plans per the Work Packages submitted by Project Manager.

  • Generate, track and report schedule progress during all phases.

  • Integrates all disciplines (including projects, electrical, instrumentation, technical and mechanical) into one master schedule.

  • Constructively resolve priority, scope, job step, and resource requirement issues in partnership with Operations and Maintenance Resources.

  • Identifies and develop methods and procedures to improve productivity and costs Supports the Scheduling Lead in all aspects of the scheduling premise.

  • Work with the TA Core Team for schedule optimization.

Experience required

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Lead Turnaround Scheduler

Primavera Scheduling software

MS Excel

Ability to work independently

Preferably previous work experience (min 5 years) in an industrial maintenance role (craftsperson, supervisor, technical)
