CTG's premier global client in Baytown, TX has a 2 year contract assignment for a HRIS Administrative Assistant. There is the potential for continuation after the initial contract.

The W2 hourly pay rate is $22.00/hr.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an administrative position that operates under limited supervision and requires acting with initiative, performing various administrative duties to support US HR and other Leadership members and their organizations. Requires global, regional and local interaction with all levels of employees and management.

  • Assist US HR and assigned HR leaders and their organizations with administrative needs such as travel, expense reports, document creation and support, etc.

  • Provide calendar management assistance.

  • Organize HR meetings, to include hotel accommodations, meeting space, travel, meeting events, meals, and agenda.

  • Coordinate and partner with executive administrative assistants supporting business leaders relative to meetings, schedules, special requests, etc. Requires interaction globally, regionally, and locally.

  • Partners with HR Assistant counterpart to provide support to the intern and trainee programs relative to meetings, communications, and related activities.

  • Provide back-up to other HR administrative assistants.

  • Communicates with all levels of management, providing information to improve overall effectiveness of the business.

  • Works independently and typically is free to resolve problems that arise in the job.

  • Personal initiative is critical to success.

  • Work Relations: Vice President of HR.HR//Services HR Business Partners. Internal contacts are made on a regular basis with all levels of employees, up to and including senior management globally.

  • Must be an autonomous operator with critical thinking (problem solving) capacity.

  • Must have working knowledge of Excel and Workday HRIS experience is preferred.
