CTG's premier global client in Baytown, TX has a 12-month contract assignment for a Construction Supervisor / Manager. There is the potential for continuation after the initial contract.

The maximum W2 hourly rate will be $75.00/hr (based on experience).

  1. Participate in capital project kick off meetings, progress meetings, and early development of major capital projects.

  2. Responsible for HSEQ guidelines and implementation with external contractors, subcontractors and capital contractors; plus construction management staff to meet compliance requirements.

  3. Oversee the field implementation of capital and expense projects by administering the use of general discipline specific & specialty contractors for planning, execution and closeout.

  4. Participate in the implementation or construct ability analysis and reviews for capital and expense projects in FEL1, 2, 3 and Detail Engineering to confirm that the scope of work and proper information is available for estimating.

  5. Responsible and accountable for controlling and managing the field execution, cost, schedule and quality activities to meet the Project Management requirements and company Standards & Guidelines.

  6. Responsible for management of all Capital Project compliance of schedule and cost of all field executed work by contractors and subcontractors.


Minimum 15 years experience in Heavy Industrial Construction Capital Projects and Turnarounds.
