CTG is immediately hiring aJunior Embedded C Programmer in Austin, TXfor a simulation, SMICS, team with our Fortune 100 customer’s Power Systems Firmware Development organization. This role would best fitsomeone that enjoys low-level coding, mainly in a language that resembles C, developing simulation models for firmware bringup on future generations of the chipfor power series server.
Location: North West Austin, near the Domain
Duration: 12+ month, renewable W2 contract

The Power Systems Firmware Development organization is looking for a Computer Engineering professional to create and help drive innovation to our Power Systems models, which include the world's fastest supercomputers. In this position, you will be responsible for the implementation of software models of real hardware in support of multiple firmware, software, continuous integration, and verification teams. Development occurs in a mixed software environment.
Required Skills and Experience Include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a similar field
Experience with software projects in a GIT repository environment is preferred.
C / C++ Programming Skills
Python/Perl and/or Shell Scripting Skills
