CTGs premier global client has a 12-month contract assignment for anIT IMS Analyst.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Scope of Position:
The position will be responsible for implementing and supporting Quality Management solutions for various division quality and manufacturing locations. The position requires strong communication skills with IT and Quality professionals who specialize in enterprise Quality Manufacturing Systems.
Experience:
Experience with ETQ Reliance platform and/or delivery of Total Quality Management.
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
Experience integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs.
Exceptional documentation skills, specifically of key analysis deliverables (business/functional/design requirements, use cases)
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Configure and support Quality Management Systems such as ETQ Reliance
Interact with customer to gather, define, develop, and support manufacturing applications and solutions
Maintain internal customer communication, assuring timely status updates and issue resolution
Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications
Assist in daily support and troubleshooting of IT systems and data interfaces
Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Skills:
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is strongly recommended
Excellent oral and written communication skills; organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner
Working knowledge of one or more object oriented programming languages - Python, VB.NET, etc.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document quality system requirements
Ability to provide accurate estimates of the time and effort required to complete tasks
Desired Skills:
- QA Validation/Testing knowledge is a plus
