CTG is seeking an Administrative/Operations Support Specialist to work a 3 month assignment for our client in Atlanta, GA.
Required Function 1:
The Administrative/Operations Support Specialist will provide operations support for recovery activities and general office administration. The employee must be able to handle high levels of stress satisfactorily and must be congenial with other employees, customers and clients at all times.
Required Function 2:
Provide reception and general office administrative support for the office
Required Function 3:
Open and sort mail and maintain check log
Required Function 4:
Receive and post denials of claims in AR system
Required Function 5:
Maintain and archive denied/paid claims files
Required Function 6:
Sort and prepare paper claims for mailing and other mailings
Required Function 7:
Sort and prepare other mailings
Required Function 8:
Log and prepare work orders, including Cost Avoidance work order processing
Required Function 9:
Request medical records and other necessary information from providers
Required Function 10:
Provide administrative and task support
Organization and attention to detail. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Ability to multi-task, be proactive and results-oriented. Quality minded. Telephone communication and interpersonal skills.

Research eligibility status of recipients on state system

Perform other clerical related duties as required including mailings, ordering of office supplies, and filing
Additional Job Requirement 4:
Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment. Ability to communicate and exchange information. Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data. Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.)Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals. May be required to work extended hours for special business needs. May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs
Additional Job Requirement 5:
High school diploma or GED required
Additional Job Requirement 6:
Typing 40 wpm, 10-key experience. Computer experience (Word, Excel, Access). Internet experience.
