Job Title:Incident Problem Manager/Project Manager 1Day to Day Responsibilities:

Do you love supporting a project as it develops from concept to completion? Do you have the attention to detail needed to catch issues and course correct? With deliverables on the horizon and a budget to keep in check, project teams need vision and focus. That is why we need you, a project manager with the passion to guide our IT modernization project from beginning to end – on time and in budget.

As a project manager on our team, you will work with as an incident manager with our client to ensure upkeep and smooth operations of IT Systems on our Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization support team. You will oversee all aspects of the incident management process from evaluation to resolution. Your client will rely on you for the pulse of the project by recording all issues and help design ways to prevent similar problems in the future. This is your chance to gain an understanding of electronic health IT modernization while gaining project management experience. Join us as we help our client with the acquisition, deployment, implementation and sustainment of an electronic health record.

Educational and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional work environment

  • BA or BS degree

  • Experience with project management in the area of incidence response

  • Knowledge of the lifecycle of Problem Management

  • Knowledge of process improvement

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to participate and contribute to Problem investigation efforts

  • Ability to identify incident records to relate to problem records

  • Ability to communicate and present to clients and senior leaders

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with working on an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I or Defense Business System (DBS) program

  • Experience with working on a Commercial–off–the–Shelf (COTS) IT program

  • Experience with supporting Military Health or Healthcare projects

  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, and Project

  • Ability to be a self–starter, multi–task in a fast–paced environment, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent team–oriented and team building skills

  • Secret clearance
