Duration: 12+ month contract

LocationArlington, VA

Job Title: Healthcare Project Administrator

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Overview:As a project administrator on our team, you’ll work with task leads to collect information from meetings and analyze data for reporting on our military health modernization project. Your team will look to you for day to day support as they navigate requirements, deliverables, and process improvements. Senior leadership will rely on you for document control, meeting coordination, supporting deployment sites, and managing the SharePoint site. This is your chance to gain skills in defense healthcare while growing your project management experience. Join us as we help evolve healthcare systems for our military service members.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with project administration

  • Experience in a healthcare setting

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint

  • Experience with coordinating and responding to data calls, taskers, and requests for information

  • Ability to coordinate major document reviews and working sessions

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the DoD

  • Experience with civil or military health

  • Ability to work and communicate with remote clients and team members effectively

  • Secret clearance
