Computer Task Group is seeking a Program Specialist in a Call Center for a 12 Month Temp to Hire position for their client located in Little Rock, AR.


Individual will sit onsite at the client office in Little Rock, AR.

*Pay Rate: 20.00-23.70

*Perm Salary range upon conversion: between $38,000 - $50,000 (estimated)

The main role will be answering phone calls from Medicaid members, providers and attorney’s and updating records within the state’s system. Additional tasks will be assigned as needed.

Required Function 1:

Essential Functions: Works with account management team and other organizations to collect data on behalf of the client(s).- Works directly with clients and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.- Performs data analysis, identifies trends and issues, evaluates and provides recommended solutions for issuesidentified.- Designs, develops, and QAs reports.- Builds relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are being met.- Ensures client deliverables are accurate and timely.- Identifies delivery issues and provides suggested solutions.- Works with account management team to develop materials for client presentations.- Interacts with clients under the guidance of the account management leaders.- Works directly with providers and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries- May participate in the proposal development process.
