CTG is recruiting forProject Coordinatorto join our team inAnchorage, AK.This position would support our Project Managers on projects supporting a client within the financial services/banking industry.

Location: Anchorage, AK

Duration: Long term (ongoing)

Work Hours: 8am – 5pm

Summary

Plans and performs coordination and administrative tasks for a project manager/project team. Works closely with the project management team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform coordination and administrative responsibilities of project and/or manager

  • Ensure clear communications between various business functions

  • Demonstrate competence in using spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software

  • Coordinate meetings as required

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Duties

  • Act as administrative assistant to manager/project team

  • Create progress reporting to assist management

  • Participate in customer communication and review meetings as assigned

  • Assist project manager with work processes, methods, and standards to ensure on-time completion of the project deliverables

  • Monitor schedules and completion of approved work activities

  • Review financial data and reports as required

  • Prepare and submit accounts payable

  • Log, track and follow-up on mail and other correspondence as required

  • Administer and support projects as required

  • May coordinate purchase of office equipment, furniture and services and ensure proper servicing of office equipment

  • May maintain supply inventory and place orders when necessary

  • May support automated time reporting as appropriate

  • May attend and take minutes of meetings

  • May plan/coordinate department and/or other department costs

  • Other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of five years’ experience work experience

  • Competent in relationship building skills

  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office 2013 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
