EAM Operations Systems Analyst
CTG is immediately hiring an EAM Operations Systems Analyst for a long term opportunity in Anchorage, AK with our Oil & Gas team. This position is not a remote position, but would require you to be onsite in Alaska. The main objective of this role is to manage, maintain, and operate the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support our Client’s Maintenance and Material Management to providing technical guidance and expertise with systems setup, training and troubleshooting issues with CMMS.
Create, maintain, and improve EAM system training program for new users, with refresher courses for existing users.
Work incoming help desk tickets in support of the EAM system Including user management, reporting, and data issues.
Upload new and edit existing mass data within EAM using the INFOR uploading tools and processes.
Develop EAM software to support new requirements and regulations.
Support Acquisitions with analyzing acquired equipment:
Analyze acquired system to identify the current business use.
Migrate various datasets to EAM software.
Standardize large quantities of data to load into Client CMMS System (EAM).
Attend acquisition meetings.
Request datasets and metadata.
Review new software versions and add-ons to determine viability for our organization.
Train and mentor fellow EAM power users and support personnel.
Provide webinars on current and upcoming projects

Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual two work and meetings.
Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).
Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
Work with Operations team to optimize and track EAM to optimize field production and minimize the time needed at the computer by operations team.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in information technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a closely related field. Additional experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.
Five (5) years minimum maintenance management system or equivalent experience.
Experience with EAM would be ideal.
Working knowledge of information technology, modern electronic data processing theory, and network applications.
Exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving computer related problems while maintaining patience, professionalism, and courtesy.
Ability to maintain efficient and effective automated systems; develop simple software programs; and assist in troubleshooting PC systems when needed.
Considerable knowledge client/server network protocols and Internet/Intranet applications.
Ability to solve problems accurately and exceptional proficiency in data management.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex computer/information system’s information into an organized and presentable manner.
Outstanding management, administrative, and organizational skills.
Ability to work established work schedule.
Ability to travel to remote locations via large and small planes, helicopter or boat, and ability to don and doff immersion suit.
Ability to work in arctic conditions.
Requires less supervision in the performance of routine duties.
Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
Required: Microsoft Office, Windows Servers and Workstation, SQL, and Exchange. All above at currently deployed or considered levels and releases.
Preferred: Strong working knowledge of oil and gas industry applications. Working knowledge of accounting software and business practices.
