Computer Task Group is seeking a Call Center Operator to work a one year contract at our client’s location in Buena Park, CA.


Visual Basics Applications, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote knowledge is a plus. Previous call center experience is helpful. Fast paced environment. Prior Dual monitor, headset experience preferred. 50 WPM a must. Schedules change every 90 days and must be able to work any given shift, no exceptions. See blow for examples:

  1. Opening shift 5am

  2. Close Shift 12pm to 9pm

  3. 6am, 7am 8am, 10am shifts

  4. Weekends

  5. Holidays
