Position:Client Loan Specialist
Hours:8 AM- 5 PM (OT)
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Working within a cross site team, this position is responsible for responding to external and internal loan servicing requests loan regulatory requirements and Consumer/Privacy laws. This position works within and complies with established operational and compliance quality standards and service levels at a highly productive level.
- Perform accurate and timely loan transactions including account research and loan maintenance, posting payments and payoffs, DDA deposits using APA system.
Process accurate and timely recovery payments housed on the CAS and AFS recovery systems
Process new loan funding’s with strict adherence to proper procedures and segregation of duties.
Perform careful and timely review of various reports to alleviate potential customer impact issues and to ensure system integrity.
Research requests to a logical conclusion and execute remedial action.
Communicate to the requester the results of research and resolution of the problem effectively and timely.
Actively seek opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality and the client experience. Communicate ideas appropriately to effect real change.
Provides world class customer service to internal and external customers through total adherence
Assist other team members with daily workload to ensure timely completion and achievement of work team assignments.

Ability to work overtime based on job needs
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years related job experience with knowledge of bank loan and deposit products.
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Proficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy
Proven ability to handle monetary processing functions independently
Proven ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately
Works well with others in a fully developed team environment
Open minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
3+ years’ experience with knowledge of bank loan and deposit products is a plus
No third party resumes will be accepted
Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted
All individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors)!
Candidates must currently reside in USA or Canada
