2nd Level Mobility Support Staff Specialist

CTG is assisting our Amherst, NY financial services client with staffing a 2nd Level Help Desk Staff Specialist for a contract role. This contract position is up to one year and has the potential for direct hire by the client company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to products in the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platforms space focusing on the Citrix XenMobile, Citrix NetScaler, Smarsh MobileGuard, and Microsoft Intune technologies

  • Second level troubleshooting, monitoring, and remediation of mobility back-end infrastructure servers and services

  • Working with the end user – helping employees who calling in for support

  • Evaluation of client requirements and processes; planning and coordination; and, integrations with other internal business areas, vendors, and departmental resources

Skills Required:

  • Mobility Support Experience

  • System Testing Preparation/Execution

  • Good Documentation Skills- Selected Candidate will be Writing Procedures
