CTG is seeking qualified candidates to support client in the Allentown, PA area. The Sr. Business Intel Expert position is responsible for the strategic design and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications, identify, research and resolve technical problems. Also responsible for the build of Business Intelligence applications and ensure that they meet the customer’s requirements. This position is a permanent placement position and candidates must be local to Allentown or willing to relocate. A relocation fee is being offered.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management or Equivalent work experience in related field
Epic Enterprise Analytics Experience
10 years progressive experience working with multiple Business Intelligence tool sets (Ex. Tableau, SAP etc.)
Building of dashboards
Advanced reports and business knowledge of data warehousing, data marts, data shaping for reporting
Advanced analytical and problem-solving Skills,
Strong customer service orientation,
Written and oral communication skills
Data integration – querying and analysis skills
Proficient in SQL & ETL packages
Strategic design of extractions and data integration processes
Effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders
Provide administrative duties for the support BI tool systems
Advanced Time Management Skills
Epic Certification (Inpatient, Emergency Room, Optime or Radiant)
Must be able to visit multiple business locations
