Our client, a premier healthcare provider is seeking an Epic Enterprise Analytics Lead in Allentown, PA to join them as a full-time employee in preparation for Epic Go-Live.

Location: Allentown, PA

Duration: Full-time employee position

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic design and maintenance of BI (Business Intelligence) applications

  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems

  • Build and ensure that all BI applications meet customer requirements

  • Required to travel between multiple business locations

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years progressive experience working with multiple Business Intelligence and data extraction tools

  • Experience with Epic Enterprise Analytics

  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards and advanced reports

  • Demonstrated experience with data integration, querying, and analysis skills

  • Business knowledge of data warehousing, data marts, and data shaping for Business Intelligence reporting

  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL packages, strategic design of extractions, and data integration process

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written

  • Must be able to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements for data solutions

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Epic Certification
