Our client, a premier healthcare provider is seeking an Epic Cadence Application Analyst in Allentown, PA to join them as a full-time employee.
Location: Allentown, PA
Duration: Full-time employee position
Supports Epic EHR (electronic health record) including:
Provide technical and organizational leadership
Provide support and guidance to functional management throughout organization using a consultative approach
Solves technical or organizational problems
Expected to focus 80% or more time engaged in supporting Epic design, build, testing, and support
May assume group and/or medium project management as assigned
Six years progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and direct healthcare experience
Two or more years of direct Epic build, implementation, and support experience
Medium to Large-scale implementation/upgrades
Comprehensive test plans development
Epic Cadence experience
Large Hospital/IDN Information Technology experience and/or Healthcare Operations experience
Development and Implementation Technical Collaboration (e.g. Interfaces, Hardware and Reporting)
Team leadership coaching and mentoring
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
BS/MS Computer Science or Healthcare
EPIC Application Certification
Project Resource and Budget Management
