CTG's premier global client in Whippany, NJ, has a long term assignment for a Project Coordinator! Development Medical Writing supports the development product portfolio under the guidance of the Global Clinical Leader by writing clinical documents used for study conduct and product submissions.

External vendor resources are utilized during peak workload times. Collaboration with medical writing vendors is done via external Office 365 SharePoint. Increased volume now requires a full time person to manage and oversee requests and management of the external site.

Major responsibilities of this position are:

  • Manage new requests to the O365 SP from internal client users and external vendors

  • Provide additional technical support if required by users with access issues

  • Monitor and manage the centralized Outlook mailbox upon creation (in process now)

  • Possibly working with excel spreadsheets for project tracking

  • Provide additional support as needed to the Global Sourcing Manager (possible special projects)

Qualifications:

  • Some college or technical schooling

  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree (preferred education level)

  • Experience with working in SharePoint or similar environment

  • Ability to multi task

  • General Pharma experience (prefer for clinical or project mgt experience)

This position pays $27-33/hr on a W2 hourly basis (no C2C or 1099's).
