CTG's premier global client in Whippany, NJ, has a long term assignment for a Marketing Specialist (Multichannel marketing)! This position is part of the US IMCM-Integrated Multi-channel Marketing team which supports the marketing efforts of the pharma brands. The US team reports in to a larger Global group. This position is needed to help support a growing internal customer base. This role will work with the assigned brands to strategically make marketing channel recommendations and subsequent execution of plans in those channels. This role will manage all projects for the assigned brands and manage agency and IT relationships.
Major responsibilities of this position are:
Deliver effective multi-channel programs in support of business unit goals, shaping those goals by educating management on changing customer habits and trends
Develop strategic web presence for US market, addressing healthcare professional, consumer and commercial audiences
Identify and propose to management opportunities to achieve business goals through use of the internet (web, email, mobile, social media, search, online advertising, eDetailing, etc); develop strategies and tactics; implement, measure effectiveness and optimize accordingly
Leverage US leadership role to ensure the global organization benefits by partnering with global Business Unit counterparts, contributing to and shaping global activities
Identify and deliver synergies through support of company-wide, reusable solutions rather than individual efforts, through effective use of in-house resources, and through effective vendor selection and management
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
Experience in pharma industry marketing (client or agency)
Demonstrated ability to measure/evaluate (web analytics) against strategic objectives and optimize based on performance
Significant experience researching and identifying online opportunities including social media, healthcare provider CRM and video
Demonstrated project management experience
Experience executing digital campaigns from inception to completion for BOTH patient and healthcare provider audiences
Experience participating in brand planning activities
This position pays on a W2 hourly basis (no C2C or 1099's).
