CTG is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at their client's site in Whippany, NJ 07981. This is a 6 month contract position, with a very good possibility of extending longer.

Job Details

  1. This position provides admin support to several employees

  2. Assist in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e. coordinate details of departmental meetings, site conferences and events

  3. Manage business travel arrangements

  4. Prepare Expense reports via Concur on a timely basis

  5. Perform additional ad hoc requests as needed

  6. Prepare and maintain department databases and spreadsheets

  7. Process and file CDA's & obtain US contract numbers

  8. Review department emails to track new vendor proposals and fully executed contracts. All fully executed contracts are to be filed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school degree

Must have strong calendar management experience and very strong Excel skills!

• 6 or more years of Administrative experience

• Computer skills e.g.Excel,Word, PowerPoint

• Communication and interpersonal skills

Plus to have skills:

• experience with SAP, Concur, SharePoint

This position is compensated at $32.00 per hour on a W2 hourly basis (no C2C or 1099's).
