Essential job functions:

Provide process and project management support to a Business Operations team. This includes back-office support to professionals who are working in the areas of Procurement including workflow support and troubleshooting, data entry, Information content editing, application permissions support and other areas as needed.

*Document processes and work in collaboration with technical staff to identify opportunities for process improvements

*Coordinate/facilitate deployment of documented processes (clean desk, physical inventory,business resumption planning, etc.)

*Update databases/spreadsheets, gathering information from a variety of sources

*Evaluate data for accuracy

*workflow monitoring and troubleshooting

*Understands and support continuous process improvement

Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

*Ability to demonstrate Microsoft Excel proficiency graphing / equations

*Ability to demonstrate Microsoft Access proficiency with Data Tables and Simple Queries

*Ability to demonstrate basic skills with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint,Access)

*Ability to demonstrate Microsoft SharePoint skills

*Ability to demonstrate understanding of Cloud Computing

*Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills

*Ability to demonstrate strong communication [including written and verbal] skills to a diverse population

*Ability to demonstrate initiative , drive and independent action/follow up

*Demonstrate ability to understand technical and business language

*Demonstrate ability to coordinate teams

*Demonstrate ability to take direction from multiple sources

*Demonstrate ability to be accurate with numbers and text


*Minimum:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline and 2 years of professional experience
