CTGHS is looking for outstanding consultants with significant experience to fill the following specifications:
The Director of Master Data Management assures the successful execution of the company's business mission through deployment of sophisticated database methodologies, technologies and process optimization. This requires re-envisioning and continuous evolution of the company's services at different levels including web-based, big-data, Master Data Management, business intelligence, enterprise data warehouses and processing optimization, as well as risk mitigation and growth.
Integrating technology enterprise wise (across multi-state organizations)
Directly responsible for hiring, coaching, development of directors in department
Ongoing improvement of department through world class delivery processes and controls to maintain compliance to standards
Ensure all department training programs are meeting company goals
Build strong communication across teams in order to maintain high morale and accelerate projects through cultivated relationships
Build strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction and provide product opportunities for growth
Provide thought leadership towards departmental changes such as technology and structure necessary to become and maintain best-in-class status
Resolve and correct issues across multiple functional areas
Lead the recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies and budget requirements
Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance for staff through performance review and vendors through service level agreements
Operates under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment
College degree in an associated field, masters preferred
10-15 years progressive experience in IT operations and data management
Understanding of Big Data, Master Data Management, Data Warehousing as well as, large scale data processing
5 years of staff management experience
Proven experience in staff management in a dynamic development organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving, decision making and facilitation skills
Strong focus on creating high quality deliverables
Experience in standards development and governance
Focus on continual process improvement
Experience translating and creating data solutions based on business requirements of future state of application architecture
Healthcare domain knowledge with BS or MS in Computer/Health Information Sciences and/or MBA with concentration in Information Technology, or a BS in a related field with significant implementation and managerial experience.
Hands-on leadership and execution of master data management strategies with large medical groups or large Integrated delivery systems in at risk or capitated environments.
Strong team leadership and project management capabilities
Prior experience with working with groups across multiple states preferred
