CTG is seeking a Customer Support Representative for our global technology client in RTP, NC! We are looking for someone with the ability and drive to support and delight our client's customers, business partners and sales team with customer fulfillment support activities such as the following:

  • Customer Master Records Management - Create, update, maintain and deactivate customer accounts

  • Order Management – Validate, determine source of supply, process, invoice and track customer purchase orders

  • Backlog management – Modify, cancel, track order delivery and secure proof of delivery where required

  • Returns – Calculate returns cap, approve return request, provide authorization, track and credit the return

  • Maintenance Contracts – Validate, activate, update, renew and invoice customer maintenance contracts

  • Install Base – Update and manage install base system

  • Managed Services – Validate, create revenue and cost budget, fund and run billing of professional service projects

  • Business Partner Support – Execute onboarding for new partners, disbursements, validate and execute claims and channel management marketing programs. Collect and publish sales in and sales out activity.

  • Dispute Handling – Work with Customer, Sales and A/R to solve disputes

  • Ensure compliance to all audit requirements and established processes



  • Excellent communications (verbal, written)

  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office

  • Organizational and time management

  • High energy with capability and willingness to learn, apply process knowledge to “real” business requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Teaming and ability to forge business relationships

Minimum EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with applicable work experience

  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large spreadsheets

Preferred EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Requirements:

  • Formal/Advance degree and/or applicable work experience

  • Experience with handling maintenance service contracts preferred

  • Oracle / SAP experience preferred


  • Availability to work at month and quarter closes is critical
