CTG's premier global client in Pittsburgh, PA has a 12-month contract assignment for an Inside Sales Representative. There is the potential for extension after the initial contract period.

The maximum W2 hourly rate will be $24.00/hr (depending on experience).

JOB DESCRIPTION

The MultiVendor Service (MVS) Inside Sales Rep is responsible for maximizing sales performance and meeting financials in a defined territory selling a specific Service offering while promoting other Service offerings. Works independently with little or no guidance from management and attains incremental revenue opportunities. Offers advice to peers related to specific Service offering.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be a supporting role for the MultiVendor Service (MVS) Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales support role is responsible for assisting in day to day operations that help drive the achievement of an overall business revenue target.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Application of knowledge: Uses analytics to assist in territory management in a quota driven environment. Understands a limited set of Service offerings. Understands individual objectives and department strategy and is aware of overall Service strategy.


Cross-Functional Knowledge: Cross functional knowledge limited to the functions and departments that have a direct impact on day-to-day tasks.


Application of tools: Utilizes CRM, SAP, BEX, Excel and other tools to perform advanced data mining such as: effectively prospect accounts, record and confirm customer information and coordinate the territory activities with peers and field partners.


Business Acumen & Awareness: Understanding of profitability and business impact when making customer decisions and offering solutions.


Negotiating Skills: Negotiates skillfully with internal groups and current customers by gaining trust quickly by promoting win-win solutions using a diplomatic approach.


Process Awareness: Understands relevant processes required to accomplish individual and team objectives. Identifies process improvement ideas and supports implementation.


Customer Knowledge: Understanding of customer product usage and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


2-4 years of business experience in a self-directed position.


Work Management: Ability to multi task and deal with ambiguity to maximize productivity and output. Prioritizes workload and tasks to maximize revenue.


Collaboration/Communication: Communicates daily with peers to educate and drive consensus on how to best capture revenue in the territory. Utilizes field team as appropriate to generate revenue and build relationships with customers.


Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and data reporting tools, SAP and CRM experience preferred.
