Job Title : IT Data Analyst
Project Duration : Contract, 6 months
Project Location : Painted Post, NY
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate : $18.00 to $21.00 Hourly, DOE (No Benefits)$33,280 to $38,750 DOE, Salaried Limited Benefits
Monitor and report on process performance and metrics
Producing communications and documentation
Providing information to users and customers about the availability of services and the procedure for obtaining them
Assist with general information, complaints or comments
Monitor and report on process performance
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Provide data analytics to identify emerging trends
Provide feedback to incident manager / service owners on trends
Suggest enhancements to processes as new trends emerge
Responsible for monthly reports for quantitative and qualitative metrics
Schedule own work to meet completion dates. In the absence of supervisor, may provide information of a sensitive nature.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Process and results oriented
Good follow through and organization
Familiar with Service Now reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills, audiences and formats will vary
Excellent skills required with MS Excel including power pivot, MS Word and MS PowerPoint to develop, report and analyze data
Understanding of ITIL foundations
Experience working with ITIL based processes
- Completed 2 year degree is required
