Job Title: Managed Print Service Analyst

Project Duration: Contract, 12 months

Project Location: Painted Post, NY

Pay Rate: $23.20 to $28.00/Hourly, DOE and Benefits choice

Work Hours: Monday to Friday

Position Overview

  • Assist in the management of Managed Print Service on a global basis

  • Implement regional processes that enable the efficient scale of client global printer fleet

  • Review, audit and report service performance, analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Align with service owner as point of contact on day-to-day operational, process, and performance items

REQUIRED Skills / Experience (MUST have to be considered)

  • Minimum of 5 years of current IT experience is required – current desktop or call center experience would count towards the required experience

  • Solid MS Excel experience, focusing on the data analysis necessary

  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory

  • Changepoint experience is a huge plus!

Daily Job Duties

  • Must be able to resolve some problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support

  • Provide support to users including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps

  • Provide site print consumption analysis and annual budget guidance. Act as liaison between with vendor and client regarding invoice issues

  • Must maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems. Work under general supervision and follow established procedures

  • Function as initial point of contact for day-to-day service, process and performance items. Identify trends and areas of improvement for vendor and internal teams

  • Work will be reviewed for soundness of technical judgment and overall adequacy

  • Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Manage schedule of upcoming deployments on a global basis

  • Coordinate activities between various teams to insure global demand requests are delivered as expected and without business disruption

  • Actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual business review meetings. Review service changes and communicate as needed

  • Partner with IT Vendor Management to review and monitor vendor service performance to include, SLA performance, user feedback, improvement opportunities and manage vendor outcomes as agreed to in the Master Services Agreement

  • May be required take on moderate size projects or several components of a large project

Required Education

  • Minimum of completed Associate degree is mandatory

Desired Skills / Experience (nice to have)

  • Service now experience is a plus

  • ITIL Foundation is a bonus
