Job Title : IT Project Administrator
Project Duration : Contract, 12 months
Project Location : Painted Post, NY
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (no OT w/out prior approval)
Pay Rate : $21.15 to $36.50 per hour, DOE and Benefits choice
Key Responsibilities of Position
Project Financial Tracking and Management
Preparing for project closeout
Strong financial background will be the key to success in this position!
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service orientation
Previous experience working in a corporate environment
Ability to manage own workload and set priorities with little supervision
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and handle tight deadlines
Ability to function effectively in stressful situations / circumstances
Strong financial background
Advanced computer skills – Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Project / Visio
Support coordination of project plan(s)
Monitoring and reporting of project statuses and project communication
Updating of work plans
Able to work in a close team environment as a strong team player
Capable to work for multiple project leaders / multiple projects
Must maintain quality, timeliness and results; meet customer and PMO expectations
Project Administrator Duties
Creating project charters under the guidance of the PM
Creating ARs under the guidance of the PM
Entering ChangePoint project allocations for technical resourcing
Developing internal project communication under the guidance of the project manager or program lead
Administrative tasks may include
Maintaining the project repository
Scheduling meetings, handling logistics, and note taking
Creation of project communications including status reports, presentations, meeting minutes based on information provided by PM
Arranging logistics for meetings, training, etc.
- Minimum of a 2 year degree is required
No third party resumes will be accepted

W2 only, no C2C or 1099 arrangements available
Candidates must currently reside in USA or Canada
