Job Title: Document Control w/ SharePoint
Project Duration: Contract, 12 months
W2 Pay Rate options: $17.50 Hourly, (NO Benefits)$15.55/hr. Salaried Limited Benes (vacation/holiday pay) $14.50/hr. Salaried Full Benes (vaca/holiday pay, med/dental, disability, life insurance)
Location/ Hours Onsite in Painted Post, NY; 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri – NO REMOTE
Focus of this job is managing documents in an application that runs on the web and stored in SharePoint. SharePoint experience is key.
This is on-going role to process requests to add, change or remove documents from the repository
College degree is required
Required Skills (MUST have to be considered)
SharePoint experience (from document / process control aspect)
Current experience of document and process control
Excellent communication/ collaboration skills
Excellent written, verbal, and training skills
Must be able to process, understand and have the ability to identify and deliver process improvements
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge to others
College degree is required
Perform document control activities for IT division globally including maintenance and updating of over 3000 documents
Owner of the document control processes and procedures
Work to improve the document control practices and processes across IT
Responsible for audit planning and management
Plan audits, analyze audit results and test auditing programs
Audit information technology (IT) service lines to documented procedures and/or established standards
Determine and recommend improvements to processes and procedures
Responsible for awareness, training, and communications associated with document management and audit management
Work under general supervision. Follow established procedures. Work primarily with internal company contacts
May take on moderate size projects or several components of a large project. Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects
- BS in Computer Science or similar field
