CTG is seeking a Senior Level Quality Analyst with healthcare payer experience responsible for testing and quality assurance related to Enterprise Extracts and ETL activities. This consultant will support risk adjustment, revenue generation, regulatory extracts and extracts that support the client's quality scores.
Must possess experience in a lead role with QA Testing Tools and Techniques, test design & execution, business requirements, functional specifications, source to target mapping, technical specifications, and experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues.
Will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to design, plan, execute, and deploy assigned projects.
Will interface with senior level business users and be expected to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and project delivery.
Knowledge of all aspects of SDLC including working within a Waterfall and Agile methodology is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates will need to be detail oriented with strong organizational & time management skills.
Advanced Level MS Office Products knowledge preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment with excellent communication skills - writing, in person, and by telephone.
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years QA Experience with a focus on ETL/Data Analysis preferred.
Experience in data analysis required, experience in large data sets preferred.
Experience with relational databases, ETL, business intelligence, OLAP, SQL, and analytical tools required.
Knowledge of all aspects of SDLC - Waterfall and Agile
