CTG is actively recruiting for a Web Development Project Coordinator who is a leader – someone that will provide solid leadership and guidance for executing projects and streamlining processes where needed for a web development environment. This person will work on various web campaigns, events and special projects. This is a long term contract position with an innovative global technology client in the RTP, NC area that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits available on your first day of employment.
Coordinate among web team, stakeholders, agencies (as needed) and geos to successfully deploy web experiences for events, campaigns and special projects.
Primary responsibilities will include end-to-end project management: initial kickoff discussions, requirements gathering, design & development, testing, and communications thru launch.
Work closely with stakeholders to fully understand and document purpose, requirements and dates and cascade among project team members.
Work closely with stakeholders and other parties to define and gather required assets to meet requirements and drive closure by deadlines.
Engage with appropriate teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and visual identity
Develop timeline and drive reviews and approvals with stakeholders
Minimum 5 years project or program management experience within a web development environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all multiple levels of organization.
Excellent attention to detail and able to see the “big picture”.
Independent worker with proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and "take charge" attitude
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
