CTG is currently hiring a

Sales Support Specialist for a global technology client in the RTP area. This position will work closely with our

client’s RFP Specialist and Sales teams to develop winning responses and

proposals around their Requests for Proposals.

This person will work closely with their RFP Specialist to design

responses, organize and create content, and prepare RFP responses for delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong

organizational skills and be detail oriented as this person will ultimately own

finalizing the RFP’s before they are submitted.

In addition, this role will aid in RFP tracking and reporting, as well

as assist in Win/Lost analysis and assessments.

Responsibilities include:

Creating content, managing templates and tracking RFP


Collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel partners

during proposal process

Participate in Win/Loss research and reporting

Develop tactics and strategies for winning and retaining



Excellent communication skills, including writing skills

Previous sales or sales support experience preferred

High-energy/performance and positive attitude

Ability to develop winning solutions and proposal

Project management skills and attention to detail

Creative thinking and problem solving
