Job Description:

Customer Service Ambassador. The agent will address inbound post-sale phone calls or chat support.

Professional Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent

• Positive performance reviews and previous employer references

• Typing speed of 50-60 words per minute

• Typing accuracy of 95%

• Excellent grammar and spelling

• Multiple shift opportunities:

o Mon – Fri from 8:45am-5:45pm

o Mon – Fri from 10:00am -7:00 pm

o Mon – Fri from 11:00am -8:00 pm

o Mon – Fri from 12:15 pm -9:15 pm

• Alternate available hours for Saturdays and Sundays during Back to School and the Holiday Season
