Demand Generation Lead

CTG is seeking a Demand Generation Lead that supports the growth of the Client's Cloud marketplace by building and optimizing a funnel of qualified leads.

Location is Manhattan, New York and the duration is through the remainder of the year with likely extensions.

This fast-paced role combines high execution speed, data-driven decision making, and tight, cross-functional collaboration. The Demand Gen Lead will become intimately familiar with the Client's Cloud market and articulate our value proposition.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with uncertainty, can adapt to shifting priorities, and relishes opportunities to rapidly test, learn, and iterate. The role will report through the Cloud Organization

Key Responsibilities:

•Launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels to generate new qualified leads

•Build and optimize drip campaigns to nurture and convert qualified leads to new users, including seamless lead assignment and handoff to the sales team

•Collaborate with the product and content marketing teams to incorporate marketing assets and collateral throughout various programs

•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize the acquisition of new data sources

•Collaborate with the revenue operations team to improve data hygiene and maintain a tight integration across our marketing automation and CRM systems

•Develop and manage reporting of key performance metrics across the full funnel, and leveraging a multi-touch attribution model and analysis to make strategic recommendations



•5-7 years of experience in a demand/lead generation or marketing operations role

•BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Communications

•Track record of success with building and launching comprehensive marketing programs

•Ability to use data reporting and analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of programs on key performance metrics

•Proficiency with marketing automation or advanced email marketing platforms

•Proficiency with UNICA 9.1

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Strong project management, organization, and time management skills

•Adept at building strong cross-functional relationships, including a proven ability to work with sales and sales management

•Experience with CRMs, including list generation activities and direct mail
