CTG is currently seeking a Deskside Support Representative that is experienced supporting HP desktop hardware. Skills required include imaging computers, performing hardware upgrades, loading Microsoft applications, computer moves, troubleshooting performance issues and knowledge of Active Directory.

The position duration is a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extensions and is located in Louisville, KY.

The client prefers candidates having previous healthcare/hospital settings experience.

Additionally, it is imperative that qualified candidates have hardware repair/replacement experience (specifically with servers and storage). The contractors will take calls and from there, they will drive to the sites, examine the issue (troubleshoot or replace hardware). This is not a Helpdesk nor call center position.
