Computer Task Group is seeking a Systems Administrator to work on a team at our client site in Lexington, KY. The position is W2 with CTG, and we have hourly and salaried options available.
Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Design, implement, and support a Windows environment including Active Directory, Group Policies
Work with User, Group, and Service Accounts
Work with Forests and Domains; Restructuring a Forest and Renaming Domains
Work with Organizational Units
Work with Active Directory Sites- Work with Domain Controllers
Work with Group Policies including supporting software deployment via Group Policies
Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Desktop Support Experience, Group Policy
Network Monitoring / Troubleshooting, Data Storage, Exchange, Lync, VMWare, Security , Certificate Services, Mobile Device Management.
