Distribution Operations Specialist

CTG is immediately hiring Distribution Operations Specialist for a contract opportunity in Las Vegas, NV with our premier client in the Healthcare Payer Solutions space.

Duration: Contract- 3 Months- Full Time/ overtime may be available

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Role Duties:

The Distribution Operations Specialist is responsible for incoming and outgoing mail services, scanning/imaging documents, data entry, and printing/stuffing print jobs, ensuring all production and quality standards are met.

  • Tracks, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.

  • Processes and delivers outgoing mail; meters and tracks accordingly.

  • Prepares and scans documents.

  • Sets up, monitors and stuffs print jobs.

  • Performs data entry into computer system.

  • Receives deliveries of office supplies.

Skill Requirements:

  • General computer knowledge plus experience in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word & Excel.

  • Average manual dexterity in use of a PC, phone, sorting, filing and other office machines, including mail meters, copiers and scanners.

  • Ability to be careful and thorough about detail.

  • Able to be self-directed and perform well in a team environment.

  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. repeatedly, be on feet standing or walking for prolonged periods.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Previous mailroom and scanning experience preferred but not required.

Additional Job Requirement:

  • Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange information.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data.

  • Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs).

  • Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals.

  • May be required to work extended hours for special business needs.

  • May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs.
