Computer Task Group is seeking a Systems Analyst for a 5 Month Contract Position at their client's location in King of Prussia, PA.

Description:

This Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Systems Integration Analyst position provides engineering support for Lockheed Martin enterprise products and services across a wide spectrum of initiatives.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of enterprise products and services across a wide spectrum of initiatives in the Information Sharing Services (ISS) work group. This position is responsible for Tier II product support for LM SharePoint Services; working ITSM incidents, troubleshooting access issues for internal and external users (including International and government employees), data migrations to LM SharePoint Services (LMSS), and development of Knowledge Management Resource (KMR) articles. Additional responsibilities may include LMSS site back ups and restores. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • SharePoint 2010 & SharePoint 2013 (SP2010/13) Services troubleshooting and/or administration

  • Configuring and resolving issues pertaining to Microsoft Server platform

  • Providing Microsoft SharePoint 2010 & 2013 Services optimization

  • Integration of SP2010/13 operations, including upgrades

  • Providing compliant collaboration engineering support for Enterprise products and services

  • Collaborating on the planning, design, documentation and implementation of Enterprise Security initiatives

  • Providing technical support for the LMI infrastructure with upgrades, configuration, and product issues

  • Performing component and system testing

  • Developing Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and other forms of system documentation

  • Working on problems to track, document and communicate issues, resolutions and action items to team members, customers and leadership

  • Utilizing problem management processes and developing technical solutions to problems in a timely fashion

  • This position may require off hour and holiday efforts.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Services administration and Microsoft Server platform

  • Proven ability to develop, follow and document common processes

  • Demonstrated experience in structured testing methodology

  • Experience producing detailed documentation

  • Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably Remedy

  • Proficiency with troubleshooting and working incidents to closure following ITSM processes

  • Proficiency using SharePoint 2010 as a Site Collection Administrator; managing user groups and permissions

  • Experience with application and OS patch management

  • Enterprise-level tool support experience

Desired:

  • Experience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-visibility, demanding environment

  • Proven ability to multi-task and support multiple small projects at any given time

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a virtual team setting

  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated effective virtual teaming skills

  • Experience providing operational service delivery

  • Experience with problem investigation processes and developing technical solutions to complex problems

  • Demonstrated experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools in performing Incident, Problem and Change/Configuration management
