Essential job functions:

Essential Functions:

Operate digital production printers to produce monochrome and color output. Work with a job ticketing system to receive print requests. Create and update end user information in Document Repository and Job Ticket system. Operate document finishing equipment including booklet binding (Tape, GBC, In Line). Understand the job process from start to finish with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.

Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

SKILLS: Excellent customer service. Accountability and the ability to own your work. Clear communicator and excellent in a team environment.

Ability to demonstrate basic PC and application skills. Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Reader.


Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year). Experience operating Company DocuTech, Nuvera, and DocuColor production printers a huge plus. General print or copy shop experience recommended, but willing to train the right candidate.

Basic Adobe InDesign experience a plus.

EDUCATION: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Required: Post high school technology training or experience
