Possible conversion to full time when contracted hours expire.
Some service calls on desk-side support accounts.
Overtime is available.
MUST have past work experience on replacing HW in Servers & other storage equipment.
MUST have some Router and Switch HW experience.
Work will be on Enterprise level equipment, replacing HW in Dell Servers and EMC storage as well as some deskside support.
Must have good client interface skills in pressure situations.
Review calls, call clients, pickup parts, travel from client to client closing calls and reporting parts as one goes, return bad parts for shipping back to warehouse.
