Location: Elma, NY
Job Type: Permanent Placement

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6 pm
The ideal candidate for this position will be team focused with a strong understanding of IT Networking. Eagerness to learn will go a long way in this role – this company offers a robust training program related to VoIP technology.

•Trouble shooting customer VoIP installations and endpoints.
•Pre-Programming customer VoIP equipment.
•Pre/Post Sales Technical Support.
•Assist with internal IT projects.
•Training will be provided to the qualified candidate.
Required Skills and Education:
•Completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s related to Networking or equivalent work experience.
•Certifications a plus!
•Installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems.
•Networking (TCP/IP DNS Routing Subnetting)
•Understanding of internet communications and devices (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPN’s)
•Knowledge of Remote Desktop Software and Desktop Sharing Software
•VoIP or Telephony experience a plus
•Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and customer service focus
