CTG's premier global client in Corning, NY, has a long term assignment for an Administrative Assistant!
Major responsibilities of this position are:
Provide administrative support
Clerical work will include the updating of excel databases, processing order requests, coordination of order templates that will be sent for fulfillment, schedule meetings and prepare information reports
Significant contact with customers, and suppliers
Provide clerical support as requested
Will typically work with management
- Two year Degree preferred; applicable experience (2-5 years)
Excel - Moderate level of understanding
PeopleSoft - desired
Previous Corning experience is a bonus
MS Office: High level of understanding
Strong communication skills
Calendar and Outlook skills
Manager Must Haves:
Must be well written
Must have good telephone skills
Must know Excel
This position pays on a W2 basis (no C2C or 1099's).
