Job Title:Administrative Assistant

Work Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; flexible

Job Description:

Answer phones, file, fax and copy materials, Perform word processing, Compose letters and memos, Prepare written reports, Schedule meetings, Perform data entry, Significant contact with other associates, customers, and suppliers, Provide clerical support as requested. Will typically work with management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• HS Diploma required

• Power Point, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook

• Previous Executive level admin experience

Additional Information:

• No third party resumes will be accepted

• Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquires may be conducted

• All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors)!

• Candidates must currently reside in USA or Canada
