We at CTG are presently seeking an Epic Certified Clarity Consultant that is highly skilled in the areas of Financial, Business Intelligence and Master Data Management for a position based out of Northern California. The client is also open to consider those with proven equivalent experience.
Position: Epic Clarity - Senior Financial BI & MDM Consultant; Crystal & Tableau
Location: Northern California
Duration: 6 months
About the Role:
Contract resource to convert Excel & SQL to BI programmatic solutions in the Epic Cogito Caboodle/Clarity Financial applications space (Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Admissions, Referrals) and to develop a Master Data Management (MDM), Report/Analytics Inventory, Glossary, & Metric Catalog.
o Tableau: experience creating data visualization in Tableau (charts, graphics, dashboards, trend lines, etc.) and publishing to Tableau Server. Ability to develop a catalog of reports and dashboards using Tableau.
o Strong MS SQLServer SQL, SAP/BOE Crystal Reports, Epic-Crystal integration (ECI), Epic certification or proven equivalent experience in Clarity Data Model in 2 or more of: Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, ADT, HIM.
• Finance Background (Healthcare preferred)
o Consultant communication skills and Software Development Life Cycle discipline: gathering & documenting and confirming requirements gathering, designing solution, obtaining SME signoff, coding, testing/validation, UAT, SME signoff & documentation
o Ability to coalesce related requests and offer solutions that satisfy multiple requirements
o Estimates work effort, and reports Actual Hours against those estimates, especially for multiple concurrent work streams
o Provides weekly “Issue/Risk/Accomplishment/Plans” Status Reports for assigned work; identifies problems and issues and recommends solutions
• Mentorship and instilling best practice: ability to transition work, train both end users and staff, and provide mentorship to staff analysts
• Caboodle, addl Epic Data Models or Applications (per above list); RWB, RADAR
