CTG has multiple needs for Configuration Analysts located in San Jose, CA

Location: San Jose, CA

Required skills:

Assess and optimize system designs through review and analysis of user needs, cost effective and efficient operations, customizing systems through system design and administration

Coordinates configuration design sessions and business process alignment sessions

Validates system configuration and documents issues; updates system configuration as needed

Implements, maintains, and update databases, create, document and compile procedural manuals and any other necessary documentation;

Creates mapping documents system to operational/financial/clinical designation;

Develops testing plans for all changes/upgrades and executes system tests (unit, integration,


Executes system tests (unit, integration, regression) analyzes and troubleshoots configuration issues based on testing results

Proposes comprehensive options for solutions to complex problems including both technical and business aspects;

Coordinates activities to meet department and customer service goals

Acts as a liaison between business and vendor

Creates and generates project plans, schedules, reports and statistics

May participate in feasibility studies; product evaluations; make recommendations based on user requirements and system analysis

Develops and conducts user training
