CTG is in immediate need of Help Desk Support Specialists - Level 1, 2, 3, for a POS refresh project for multiple clients in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Help Desk - Level 1, 2, 3 Technical Support to work as a Project Help Desk Rep who will assist with large POS refresh projects. We are seeking Help Desk Technical Support with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ideally have prior technical or POS hardware support experience. The Help Desk Reps should be quick learners and be excited to work with POS technology. This team will dispatch hardware to site/field technicians as necessary and will track equipment as well as walk the site/field techs through installing equipment at various sites. A large and important aspect of the job is to update customers on the status of issues and constantly strive to provide superior customer service. Must be flexible to work overtime and to work day or night shifts as most of the work will be completed at night.

Project Duration: 12 months

Project Location: Bentonville, Arkansas Office (non-remote position, MUST WORK ONSITE IN BENTONVILLE)

Shift: Must be flexible (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift hours) weekend work will be kept to a minimum

Required Skills for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Technical Support:

  • All candidates need to be able to work 1st/2nd/3rd shift hours and occasional weekends

  • For Level 2 & 3 positions, need to have significant prior experience providing Technical Support to Techs in the field.

  • Need to be able to keep a log of all calls and be able to interpret instructions/scripts.

  • Need to be able to assess when something isn’t going the way it should, and have confidence to raise hand when help is needed.

  • Need to be able to receive and execute technical questions.

  • Communication skills need to be very strong as well as written communication. No exceptions.

  • Must work well in fast paced, stressful environments

  • Comfort with general technology and client will be able to train on technical specifics of the job role

  • POS skills/ related hardware knowledge and/or previous roll outs a plus.

  • The help desk will be supporting field techs in the stores who will be pulling and rerouting cables from the POS equipment that we see as shoppers at the checkout stand. Ideally, help desk candidates will have familiarity with the hardware side that this type of roll out will involve, or be easily trained.

  • All will work onsite at the client office in Bentonville, AR
